All the names of the service companies are in the owner’s manual that came with the purchase of your home.

Normal Pick Up Monday and Thursday

7.  How do I get through the front gate if the power is off?
The gate is designed so that in the unlikely event of a power outage, you simply lift up on the gate and it will automatically raise to the open position. It will automatically reset when the power is returned.
 
8.  Is there information as to the steps to take in the event of a hurricane?

9.  How do the locks on the glass doors in the club house operate?
To lock the door:  1) Close the door, 2) lift up on the handle to engage the lock, then 3) turn the lock clockwise until it stops.

10. Where can I ride my golf cart?  

Golf cart use within the boundaries of Palmetto Pointe property is restricted to the paved road and on the gravel drive down to the boat landing. Walking trails are limited to pedestrian and non-motorized vehicles (bikes).
