Palmetto Pointe is a small, private island community just off Folly Road, within minutes of both downtown Charleston and Folly Beach.
Each duplex villa consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bath with private porches off each bedroom.
There are three community deep water docks for fishing and crabbing. An onsite boat ramp provides easy access for launching kayaks, canoes, or small fishing boats.
The seven-acre island has a gated entrance and a clubhouse with a pool and fitness center.
The walking path winds through the beautiful Live Oaks and lush Palmettos so all can enjoy the river and marsh views. ​​

Folly Beach is a city on Folly Island just south of Charleston, SC. It’s home to Folly Beach Pier, stretching more than 1,000 feet into the ocean. Center Street is lined with surf and souvenir shops. The County Park has picnic areas and a pelican rookery. In addition to the wonderful beach and wildlife-rich habitats, Folly is also home to the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve with views of Morris Island Lighthouse originally built in 1767.
